Eligibility and subscriptions
To register an account and access the Brightspark Guild hub, you must be at least 18 years of age. Our platform is provided on a subscription basis, billed monthly depending on the tier chosen. Higher tiers provide access to advanced AI tools and extended functionality. While subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to avoid future renewals, we operate a strict no-refund policy for elapsed billing cycles.
Platform access and content ownership
Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and utilise our AI tools within the limits of your chosen tier. While Brightspark Guild owns the underlying platform and proprietary technology, you retain full ownership of all prompts, outputs, and creative work generated during your subscription. You are free to use your generated work for personal or commercial projects.
Acceptable use and account termination
We strive to maintain a secure and productive environment for all users. Brightspark Guild reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access without prior notice in the event of non-payment, direct misuse of the platform systems, or abusive behaviour directed at our team or other users.
